1. Encourage local youngsters to sail utilising the  Kent Coastal Inclusion Project

2. Hold a “Battle of the Bands” in conjunction with the Whitstable Community College and Youth Opportunities

3. Make use of the “Kingfisher” based on the Medway for groups of underprivileged children

4. Consider sponsoring at least two youngsters on a team building weekend on the “Arathusa” at Upnor.
