During the Summer and into Autumn the club will be supporting several local events as well as our own gatherings. Amongst these are running several side shows at the annual Whitstable Regatta on 28 & 29 July, where we hope to raise our profile within our community and make a few pounds for good causes.
Later in the year we will be running "soup kitchens" at the fireworks display on 4th November and at Tankerton Market 2nd December, and the aim is of course similar to those for the regatta.
The club will take on Herne Bay Rotary at the traditional Kentish game of Bat and Trap on 31 August, and we will have a members BBQ on 16 September.
